As a responsible dairy and food business, we are committed to nourishing communities, protecting the environment, and creating long-term sustainable value. We recognize that businesses play a vital role in advancing the Global Goals by addressing climate change, promoting responsible consumption, and contributing to a more prosperous future for all.

Our sustainability policy is based on the following 10 principles:

1. Continually reduce carbon emissions and offset unavoidable emissions wherever possible.

2. Embrace the principles of the circular economy, in line with BS 8001, by moving beyond the traditional "take-make-dispose" model and following the Waste Hierarchy.

3. Evaluate the environmental impact of our operations from a lifecycle perspective, promoting sustainable consumption and production.

4. Encourage both internal and external waste management partners to achieve a zero-to-landfill objective.

5. Comply with all applicable environmental legislation and adopt recognized industry best practices.

6. Integrate sustainability into everyday business decisions, operations, and strategic planning.

7. Engage key suppliers by promoting our Sustainability Policy and encouraging sustainable business practices throughout the supply chain.

8. Ensure all employees understand and actively support the principles of our Sustainability Policy.

9. Report transparently on our sustainability initiatives, progress, and environmental performance both internally and externally.

10. Regularly review and update this policy to ensure it remains aligned with evolving business needs and global sustainability best practices.
